MaiTravel promotes environmentally responsible practices, including energy and water conservation, reducing paper use, recycling, and minimizing plastic waste. We also work with accommodation partners and suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability.

Traveling offers the chance to discover new cultures and places. As a responsible traveler, it is important to respect local communities, protect the environment, and support sustainable tourism.

Get Informed

Learn about the culture, traditions, and local customs of the destination before your trip. Respect local laws and social norms, and seek guidance from your tour guide if needed.

Protect the Environment

Walk or cycle when possible, avoid harming wildlife or natural sites, reduce plastic use, and dispose of waste responsibly. Save energy and water during your stay.

Respect Local Culture

Be mindful of local traditions and cultural differences. Always ask permission before taking photos of people and avoid giving money or sweets to children.

Support Local Communities

Choose local businesses, buy locally made products, and enjoy local food and services to help support the community.

OUR CSR ACTIVITIES
Having had chances to travel around the region and witnessing the difficulties of local communities, we feel that we have been privileged and, thus, have set aside a distinct percentage of our profit for our Giving-back fund. Also, each tourist booking with us will automatically donate $1 of the tour price to our Giving-back fund which is distributed to help people and children with difficulties throughout Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.
Our CSR Activities focus on two main tasks: Helping Disadvantaged children and Education.

AT HEART WE DO

Through our journeys across the region, the Maitravel team has witnessed many challenges faced by local communities. Feeling grateful for the opportunities we have, we dedicate a portion of our profits to our Giving Back Fund.

In addition, $1 from every tour booked with Maitravel is automatically contributed to this fund. The fund supports disadvantaged communities and children in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia, helping create positive and lasting impacts in the destinations we love.
